MasonCarey began works in November associated to the project management of a schemeto develop an existing detached building into 30 new residential units. Theexisting property is currently formed of a single use property which has becomeredundant in recent years. The existing building is a charming period propertylocated in the heart of Tunbridge Wells giving excellent access to thetransport links and to the High Street and Pantiles areas.

Theproject is currently in the initial phases of development and Mason Carey havebeen working up proposed programmes, forming the client side professional teaman organising works associated to the scheme development planning packs.
