Mason Carey undertake fun filled Acquisition Inspection in Orpington

Mason Carey undertook an acquisition inspection this week with a long standing client who is looking to purchase a large acreage of land for purposes of a personal small holding and development of an educational outdoor space.

The inspection this week was carried out at a beautiful farm in Orpington which covered 24 acres of land with a number of outbuildings, a small orchard and two fields of alpacas.

Not only did we have the opportunity to inspect the stunning and creatively engineered farm we were privileged to get close to the animals with the vendors being incredibly generous in offering time to see animals which aren't usual found during our farm inspections.

Mason Carey were able to provide professional guidance to the client in respect of the management of the land, the buildings presented within it and an understanding of the requirements of purchasing such a site.

We were delighted to undertake this survey and enjoyed an afternoon seeing something that isn't common during our usual works.
