Mason Carey see rise in Residential Building Surveys

Despite the restrictions of Covid 19 Mason Carey saw a sharp increase in Residential Building Surveys in May and June and carried out over 20 separate instructions.

At the beginning of the lockdown period and with the closure of estate agencies a dramatic lull initially occurred but since May we have been inundated by agents working from home, existing clients and recommendations looking for surveys to be completed.

We acted swiftly for our clients knowing what a stressful time the lockdown created and set a strict system of rules associated to safety against Covid 19 to protect our surveyors and residential occupiers when working.

Our process of completing surveys safely, providing clients with same day feedback, issuing thorough reports and then offering aftercare for further queries has been hugely successful and we have been delighted with feedback and recognition of works completed.
