The property had historically been formed of 3 dwellings across four floor levels and Mason Carey have worked with the client to develop a single dwelling which is suitable for family occupation.

The property is being renovated to a very high standard with the use of marble and natural timbers throughout. The design is sympathetic to the style of the location and period of original construction. The level of work has been scrutinized so that finishes are perfect throughout and Mason Carey has worked closely with the main contractor to ensure materials and specialists installers are of the necessary quality.

Mason Carey have managed the works on behalf of the client to include drawn plans, specifications or works, contract management and payment schedules.

Works are due to come to completion in September 2020.
