Mason Carey Project House 2 - Planning Application

Mason Carey have progressed with project house 2 this week with plans submitted to Tunbridge Wells local authority for the development of a detached property.

The building has been purchased as a dilapidated bungalow situated upon a private road in a hidden gem of a location in the heart of Tunbridge Wells.

Proposals are to update the property and extend it both sideways and upwards in a manner which is sympathetic to its surrounding and making the most of the topography of the site.

Mason Carey undertook a residential project development throughout the early parts of 2020 with great success. The team learned plenty about the construction of building whilst undertaking hands on activities throughout the development phase with aid of our main contractor. We found the process rewarding to see our designs come to life and to allow team members the time to learn, practice and understand individual building skills.
