Mason Carey recently completed the pre-contract and tendering works for a new build development in Sevenoaks.

At the start of December works commenced on site with a construction phase expected to extend to 12 weeks.

The new build development shall make use of a tight plot to create a fantastic new healthcare building for our long term clients. The building has been designed to aesthetically match the neighbouring commercial units which are occupied by a firm of well-known local architects.

Mason Carey will be project managing the scheme through to completion and handover to the client.
