Mason Carey gain Planning Consent for New Build Houses in Whitstable

Mason Carey have gained granted planning consent for 2 new build houses on a site acquired by Mason Carey developments. The site was acquired at auction in the summer months of 2021 with the potential for additional housing to be built upon the large site.

Mason Carey undertook the initial design and planning application works associated with the scheme before handing onto our in-house construction team to commence the build stage. Works onsite are due to begin in January 2022 with the houses being available to the market by September 2022.

This is another project undertaken by the Mason Carey group taken from acquisition to construction phase and we are excited to provide ongoing updates relating to the works.
