Mason Carey gain Listed Building Consent in Tunbridge Wells

Mason Carey were successful this month in achieving a successful decision on an application for listed building consent in Tunbridge Wells.

We were instructed by our client to provide a full application which included existing and proposed design drawings, working with specialist joinery firms to create suitable construction specifications and forming the detailed heritage statement for a listed property.

The works proposed shall enhance the property, re-incorporate heritage features where previously removed and prolong the life span of the building. The property was located in the heart of Tunbridge Wells and is a prominent and stunning period building.

Mason Carey were delighted to work with the client to achieve a successful listed building consent.
