Mason Carey complete Building Survey and Measured Survey in Basildon

Mason Carey carried out a building survey and full measured survey of commercial premises in Basildon this week for a private client.

The works were undertaken with a very quick turn-around as speed was essential for the client to achieve acquisition of the premises. The measured survey was integral to the decision as this allowed the client to understand that the proposed use and fit-out of the building would be successful once plant arrives onsite.

The premises are proposed to be used for an exciting new venture for our client and Mason Carey will be working with the client to achieve a successful programme of work and fit-out is completed.
