Mason Carey commence Substantial Residential Development in Royal Tunbridge Wells for Private Client

Mason Carey were onsite to see the start of the development of a large residential project in Tunbridge Wells over the last week. Works had begun prior to the Covid 19 lockdown and substantial demolition of the site has been taking place.
Mason Carey have been completing works associated to the project management and contract administration of the development working closely with the client and contractor to ensure a successful project is programmed. Despite the current climate works have continued on site in a much reduced capacity with only members of the same household working on site whilst adhering to government guidelines and safe working practices.
