Mason Carey were at RICS HQ at Parliament Square, London yesterday to listen to a number of respected professionals present the new Home Survey Standard. The new standard is proposed to be used from 1st June 2020 and will provide a much clearer and consumer focused approach to the survey report.

Mason Carey have always been a client focused surveying practice and a key question is always how will the acquisition property be used by the occupier or owner. A key understanding of what our clients propose for the there asset in the immediate and long term future is essential to us and we were glad to hear that our methods at present match the new upcoming standards.
