Job Role - Building Surveyor / Architectural Technician

Full-time or part time role available.

‍

Dependent on the candidate day-to-day works may include residential and commercial building surveys, schedules of condition, measured surveys, CAD design work and scheme development, specifications of works, project management, site inspections, contract administration.

‍

Candidate requirements -

‍

Must be enthusiastic and have an interest in the built environment.

Must be competent to work in AutoCAD.

Should have a general knowledge of regulatory developments.

Possess sound technical health, safety and environmental knowledge.

‍

Qualifications relevant to the built environment are desirable but not a necessity.

Candidates that are Chartered with the RICS or other relevant bodies are welcome to apply.

Due to the current climate; associated to Covid 19; candidates must have the ability to work from home or from a consistent safe location.  

Candidates must have a Full UK Driving licence and have their own vehicle.

Salary - to be agreed upon discussion and in association with the level of experience and role to be undertaken.
