Mason Carey acquire Residential Development Property in Tunbridge Wells

Our latest Mason Carey project is the re-development of a large residential house in Tunbridge Wells. The property at present is a three bedroom detached house and is currently progressing through planning stages with the local authority to create a spacious and modern four bedroom family home.

Mason Carey have undertaken all aspects of the project to date to include initial building surveys, scheme development plans, forming the planning application and create all specifications for the works. Mason Carey will managing the works throughout the construction phase and shall ensure that the highest quality works are undertaken by our contractor in the required programme.
