Homebuyers Building Survey

Mason Carey undertook a RICS Homebuyers survey this week at a property in Tunbridge Wells within a stunning location overlooking the common along Mount Ephraim.

The property, formed of a single floor dwelling within a block of apartments, was presented pleasantly although due to undergo modernisation by the purchaser. Mason Carey were able to advise on the base structure of the property, including electrical and gas installations to help lead the client to a required specification of works.

Mason Carey were also able to review the whole building and advise the client on matters such as external repairs, maintenance requirements and likely upgrades which are necessary during the likely occupation of the purchaser.
