Full Building Survey undertaken and Planning Consent gained for Tunbridge Wells High Street property

Mason Carey recently undertook a full building survey of a stunning Tunbridge Wells High Street period property.

Following the initial inspection and client purchase we were also commissioned to carry out a full measured survey and gain planning consent for the external alterations proposed.

The planning application was thoughtfully formed in line with the guidance from the local authority relating to conservation requirements and street scene aesthetics.

The application was successful without any onerous conditions and our client shall be undertaking works to fit-out and progress the opening of there High Street store in the coming months.
