Dilapidations & Defect Analysis Works in Chatham

Mason Carey have been in Chatham undertaking survey works in relation to end of lease dilapidation's and defect analysis of cracking to commercial property located on the High Street in Chatham.

The property was found in full occupation by the tenant and was in general well kept throughout other than defects found to the external parts of the building of which the landlord and our client had concerns.

We were onsite to provide immediate findings and comment in respect of the defects to the client and to present a schedule of works to the existing occupier.

Mason Carey will work with the client and tenant to ensure that the building is made and remains safe for future use and carry on discussions associated to dilapidation's works should a formal end of lease occur.
