Construction of the Mason Carey project house safely continues

Progress has slowly continued on the Mason Carey project house over the last few weeks in a safe manner.

Having successfully gained planning permission for the renovation and extension of the property in Tunbridge Wells earlier in the year we were keen to try and keep momentum on the scheme. We were also keen to keep our contractors in work, whilst in a safe manner, during the current climate.

We have been successful in sourcing the relevant engineers specification and designs and in procuring materials necessary for the development.

At the start of the project we were looking to achieve project completion in the summer months and prior to the school new terms dates in September. Despite the current crisis we appears on course to achieve our aim with our stunning and substantial family residence.

We have been proud to keep the development on track whilst also keeping our trusted local design team and contractor working on the project.
