Mason Carey have been incredibly busy in October with 20 residential building surveys undertaken since the start of the month.

We have built up a reputation for high quality reporting and close contact with the clients to help them from the point of offering on a property through to completion of a purchase.

We believe that a building survey does not only consist of writing a report and blindly issuing it to a client. The survey should involve the client from the start of the process to understand why they want a building survey, what is the essential information that they require from the report and how the information can be presented in a manner which can be understood.

We look to ensure that our clients understand any immediate concerns and any longer term concerns about a property and spend time in-person or on a call with our clients following the survey to provide essential feedback.
